FRAUD ALERT: 6 Nigerians Declared Wanted By FBI Over 2.4bn Alleged Case (Photos)


Six Nigerians; Richard Izuchukwu Uzuh, Alex Afolabi Ogunshakin, Felix Osilama Okpoh, Abiola Ayorinde Kayode, and Nnamdi Orson Benson have been declared wanted by the United States’ Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for their suspected involvement in fraudulent activities estimated at over $6m (N2.3bn).

According to the FBI, these suspects engaged in business email compromise (BEC) schemes resulting in over $6 million in losses.

The bureau in a tweet said the six were part of an operation that sent mails to thousands of businesses in the United States requesting fraudulent wire transfer.
