Napoli Faces Battle From Lazio, Milan For Boniface


Nigerian striker Victor Boniface is subject of a transfer tussle for Italian Serie A leader Napoli and the duo of Lazio and AC Milan also closing in on the Union Saint Gilloise of Belgium striker.

His tweet on the social blogging platform, Twitter read, Lazio, Napoli and AC Milan scouts are monitoring the development of Union SG’s 22-year-old Nigerian striker Victor Boniface.

Napoli is reportedly looking for a potential replacement for red-hot Victor Osimhen, who has been the most sought-after striker in Europe by several top clubs owing to his fantastic goal-scoring form this season, scoring 25 goals in 28 matches.

Boniface has scored 19 goals in all competitions, resulting in his team’s surprise qualification to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
