Remo Stars defeated Enyimba FC 1-0 in Ikenne as Kwara United got the better of Bayelsa United 1-0 in Ilorin. It also ended Niger Tornadoes 1-0 Sporting Lagos.

Meanwhile, coach Abubakar Bala’s last game for Katsina United ended in a 1-0 loss to Sunshine Stars in Akure while Akwa United recorded back-to-back 3-1 home wins after beating Bendel Insurance in Uyo.
