Ahead of the kickoff of the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League, the Interim Management Committee(IMC) has concluded plans to meet the 20 participating clubs.
The Interim Committee was inaugurated a few weeks back by the newly elected President of the Nigeria Football Federation Ibrahim Gusau to oversee the affairs of the league.
According to the update coming from the IMC, they will be having a formal meeting with the clubs on 14th November at the Sandralia hotel in Abuja.
The agenda for the meeting is yet to be decided but club licensing and the provision of infrastructure are expected to be among the issues to be discussed.
No date is fixed for the commencement of the league but clubs have continued their readiness for the new league season that may commence in the distant future.
