Ahead of the invitational tournament tagged Revelation Cup in Mexico, Nigeria’s Super Falcons have landed in the North American country.
The competition is organised as part of the preparation for four of the teams that will participate in the forthcoming 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The 9-time African champions on Tuesday afternoon landed in the country under coach Randy Waldrum and have since resumed training.
Super Falcons held its first recovery session ahead of its opening match of the inaugural Revelation Cup tournament against the hosts Mexico on Wednesday.
The 2023 edition will be held in León, Mexico from February 15 to 21, 2023 and four countries participating in the tournament include Nigeria, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico.
