Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward, Emmanuel Dennis, has agreed to join Turkish Super Lig side Istanbul Basaksehir, on loan for the rest of the season.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, there is no buy option included in the deal.
Dennis is expected to travel to Istanbul for medicals, after which he will sign his contract.
Another Turkish club, Adana Dermispor, was interested in the forward, but he opted for a move to Istanbul Basaksehir.
The forward has been frozen out of the Nottingham Forest squad this season.
The Nigeria international was not included in Forest’s matchday squad for their opening four Premier League games this season.
The forward joined Steve Cooper’s side from Watford last summer.
Dennis scored two goals in 16 league appearances for the Reds in the 2022–23 season.
